Cumulus by Orizon is responsible for information submitted through the Cumulus Early Access List. You can contact us about privacy at office@shopcumulus.com.

We collect your email address, country, caregiver situation, intended purchase timing, stated purchase likelihood at an expected price of €400, reservation interest and a record of your consent and email confirmation. Please do not submit a child's name, health information or other sensitive personal data.

We use this information to manage the Early Access List, validate demand, plan an initial production batch and send relevant product-development, reservation and launch updates. We rely on the consent you provide when submitting the form. Joining the list is optional and no payment is collected.

We use a confirmation link to verify that you control the submitted address. We may use infrastructure and email-delivery providers acting on our instructions to store signups and deliver these messages. We do not sell the Early Access List.

We keep confirmed Early Access information while it is needed for product-development, reservation and launch communications, unless you withdraw consent sooner. Unconfirmed and withdrawn records may be retained for a limited period for suppression, security and audit purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the withdrawal link in an Early Access email or by contacting us. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to certain uses. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

The Early Access List is intended for adults. Do not submit the personal information of a child or another person without authority to do so.
